BSI Engineering, Inc. is a civil and
subsurface utility engineering consulting firm established and
incorporated in 2006. Our president & owner, James F. Noone, is a
member of the ASCE’s Standards Committee “Standard Guidelines for
the Collection and Depiction of Existing Subsurface Utility Data”.
Of the founding Members representing Subsurface Utility Engineering
(SUE) providers, Mr. Noone is the only Registered Professional
Engineer having experience with Design for Department of
Transportation (DOT) Projects. One of Mr. Noone’s goals within the
committee is to focus its attention on solving problems faced by
designers & facility owners rather than just mapping buried
utilities.
BSIE’s staff has over 30 years combined experience working with
subsurface utility and engineering design projects with a flawless
performance record. BSIE has worked for numerous state / city
agencies, educational facilities, medical facilities, commercial
facilities and private/public utility companies such as the BWSC,
Rhode Island DOT, Springfield Water & Sewer Commission, Holy Cross
College, Spectra Energy and Lahey Clinic North. Recently, BSIE was
selected to perform subsurface utility survey services in
conjunction with C.H Sells, Inc for Harvard’s Allston Campus
development. |
