Department of Defense “WAR”

Department Of Transportation

Since the inception of Subsurface Utility Engineering, (SUE) in the early 1990’s, the majority of State Transportation Departments have adopted an SUE policy in some form or another.

These policies often include stringent regulations for professional staff and equipment qualification requirements, both of which BSI is able to meet and exceed.

BSI has completed a multitude of SUE projects for numerous State Transportation Departments across the United States including GDOT, SCDOT, Mass DOT, RIDOT and VTRANS just to name a few. DBE certified in NH, SC, GA, and MA.

Private Utility

BSI has effectively provided SUE services to many utility providers including National Grid, Keyspan Energy LNG, PSNH, Level 3 Communications, Northeast Utilities, Spectra Energy, Duke Energy and Veolia Energy.
